Hello. I would like to get a full refund. Meaning the money being sent back to my PayPal account. Reason why is because every single video I used on your service was deleted (every video was original music nothing illegal). What's the process to get a refund? Thank you.

All the videos that I have added, have been deleted, sooner or later. On all videos, I got 'botted views' message. I am using blackhat niche so there is that. Just a heads up for people using qqtube for blackhat niches.

Update: My video was removed by YT earlier this week after the 2nd batch of 5K views was delivered. Reason: violation of ToS.
Opened a ticket and found out that my video was removed due to the views. Apparently mine was one of the few videos affected. Refund was offered so no problem with that.
Dag, you making any changes to the system to make the views safer?

Given this is a blackhat forum, I thought it was a MUST for youtube services, since a lot of peoples videos are flagged down before they get all the views. There was a minor bug, but it's fixed and running smooth.
All you have to do is PM or email us.

<50,000 submission will be done within 24 hours, anything more will get roughly 50,000 per day.
We're constantly tweaking and testing, so yes.
Channels don't get suspended for views, check your email, you'll see why it was banned, I guarantee it's not from views, they do not ban for that. PM me or email me for a refund.

How long do likes take? It's been a few days and my likes are still at 0, I have no problem with Instant likes but I normal likes are taking forever.

Was a bit of an issue with non-instant. It's resolved as of roughly 12 hours ago. Sorry for the delay.

Hi! Since I'm not having a good feedback from the costumer services here I go:
1) I got one of my videos Banned, in less than 24Hs.
2) I asked for a refund since I'm not happy with the results (I put $40).
3) I asked for a full refund (even the video that wasn't banned) since they have a 100% guaranteed satisfaction. I'm quoting here:

It's RIDICULOUS that you request a full refund, even the videos that weren't effected. No one does that, we delivered the service, why in the world would I refund you when it was delivered? You are entitled to a refund on the video deleted, nothing else, since it was clearly delivered as you stated. On top of that, you posted your link here is not helping the situation and putting you or your client at further risk, given this is a public board. I'm reasonable, but you requesting a refund on everything delivered fine because of one video that had an issue is absurd.
We offer a refund if the video was removed for views. If it was, you would have received the refund. I don't ignore these requests. Our support is handled by someone else, but anything for a refund is forwarded to me. What if your ticket number? You're here posting on my black hat world thread, where we clearly give a risk of using the service and clear terms on refunds etc.
There's no way you were denied a refund, so I'd love to see more info on this.
