CraigsPimp STOLE $250 from my PayPal Acct!!!!!

Hi you guys,

Long story short - I've worked for CraigsPimp, got paid about 2-3 times, and then they stopped paying me which resulted $250 to be accumulated in my account. I've literally begged them EVERYDAY to pay me, e-mailed them, messaged em on Yahoo, etc for 1 month...and NOTHING. The funny thing is, they would tell me that I would get paid day after day.

So CraigsPimp came up with their own Forum. I posted a thread, asking them to pay me and to stop scamming people. Soon enough, within 24 hours, they paid me $250 into my PayPal!

BUT here's the deal - I knew right away something didn't feel right. They used a PayPal acct under the name of a girl that I didn't recognize. BUT the email was shown as "craigspimptech at gmai.c**" so I didn't think too much.

After a week of paying me, I logged into my PayPal acct and what did I see? A fat $-250 in my acct. Douchbag CP filed a claim stating that this was an "unauthorized" transaction and that they had nothing to do with this. IN result, they stole $250 from my acct...

I already submitted all the things I had as evidence. But just wondering if any of you guys can give me a suggestion on way to go about this. Also, just becareful when dealing with them, they are the bigggest douch bags you'll ever encounter.

This is the number one fraud in the industry thus far for the year two thousand and nine, they put up a huge shield of deception, and you have my dearest sympathies. It's so effective that people are being suckered into it daily, they abused their talent to actually create effective applications, they abused this community. I bet their fraudster operations extend and connect to many more underground and subtle schemes that occur. Their karma bubble is black, when it burst they'll feel it hard.

Call paypal and tell them what's up. That they owed you money and this indeed was an authorized transaction.

Get a copy of all the emails sent in too

Yeah, PayPal is fucking retarded like that with digital products.. just tell them "wasn't me" and you're pretty much getting off the hook.

I had screen shots/e-mail proof/transaction ID and I mean the whole 9 yards for a digital product I sold when this person opened up a dispute. Ultimately they pretty much told me, "We have to give them back the money if they say they didn't do it".

That's why I'm very cautious with PayPal since there's nothing you can do about shit bags and digital products. Live and let learn, just be more careful next time or use an alternative.

I also told Paypal of all the scam they've been doing and etc...so hopefully they'll look into it and close the douche bag's account down.

Excellent. A shame since this place seemed to be starting off pretty clean not too long ago, heard good things, signed up and ultimately never began working because I figured I could post myself and monetize my own traffic better. Great that you got your money back and it won't be long before these guys are in the gutter for sure.
