I think i will have to answer your question here, As i said, if you want to point this directly to your money sites, it is very dangerous, doing more harm than good. But you will see Serp boost for sure, just that not very long lasting.

So does web 2.0, it is totally for churn and burn

Tbh, I would say 80-90% that you will be penalized, or higher, the point is when will it be penalized.

Yes, you can give 15k unique domains or higher, but there will also be alot of duplicate.
Yes, all the platforms will be used as well, just there will be a lot of duplicate domains as i mentioned above.
We scraped various videos for video backlinks and use it where applicable .

Exploit links are very hard to get indexed, but with lower tiers blast, that can help
