Since the bots are compiled by uploading your bots to their server, I guess they could find out such info. But I am sure they won't.

If you hard code passwords in to the 'source code' then they will probably be able to see them. If Ubot can do it, you could make it so that passwords and other sensitive info are read from an external file at run time instead which should stop a third party snooping it.

Chris22 has hit the nail on the head - never put creds in the source code as they are uploaded at compile time (and who knows what happens to the source when its on their server).
As for call back - Ubot does it at load time (check license / plugins) and at compile time, whether it does it any other time I am not sure.

As mentioned, just pull it from a local text file and make that text file unavailable to computers outside your network.
Passwords wouldnt be the main concern as your passwords should be a user input variable,but private information such as the site the bot goes to the actions it makes,should be saved as variables,in one or separate text files,variable #navigate (read file parameter "insert URL here") or if you are able to use regex,you could save all the information in one text file sent to your customer as all the guys said above, if you are selling a bot it is essential to deliver the bot and a folder with variable text files
