My requirement is as follows.

1. US paypal account with unlimited funds withdraw and deposit
2. Verified with all the documents
3. US bank account
4. ATM card delivered.

I would be using ATM card in India hope that wouldn't be any kind of problem. I would prefer a business account if possible.

Paypal sometimes requires multiple verification after a period of time otherwise it limits it. Will you help again to uphold the limits will that service be chargeable or included in this. I am new here so i cannot PM you.

I am in the US and need to verify bank account (for wire transfer to China)...so I guess a Proof of ID, and 1 other document is needed. I can't PM yet.
