Yes my intention was to direct op to create free apps easily with no coding and regarding the guy who insulted me, i really don't care lol,haters gonna hate.

Where's the likeness of OP's request "Mostly Wallpapers and possibly small games" and your respond that it's not good enough for creating "unique wallpaper games"?

While I appreciate the suggestion, I'm looking for an actual developer, someone to work with long-term.
I have very little time as it is, and this is something I'm looking at as a side project that I can stick a good dev team on and not worry about babysitting.
