You have to ask the user who gave you that - feedback to contact eBay stuff to remove it from your Feedbacks, otherwise it is impossible.

I get about 5-10 feedback removed a month. Ebay just recently relaxed their strict policy on removals and will remove feedbacks through their merchant support team. The reasons have to be pretty blatant though

example: "Did not receive item" - ebay will remove this if tracking shows delivered.

Other than that, call the customer. You will be surprised how quick a pissed off customer can change their tune with a $15 discount and genuinely listening to them complain.

You guys do realize that your feedback percentage on a negative feedback goes back to 100% positive after one year as long as you dont have anymore blowbacks.
