Domain Registrant that won't close your domain for SPAM?

Where i can find registrant like that? I had a problem with my domain being blocked by SPAM, i dont need it in the future.

Mostly it is not the domain registrar , but the hosting company . I have a quite of spammed domains registered with Namecheap . For hosting use any host that gives 0 f**cks regarding spam(aka offshore hosts) . search this forum for such hosting companies .

I am fine with hosting company, they dont give "a fu**cks" about spam, but registrant has disabled the domain. Not hosting.
