NO, I have Paypal.
I'm very interested in getting a VCC to make my PayPal account verified. Can I get a verified account ONLY using a CC or do I need BOTH a CC and bank account?
And also, it's a catch-22 situation. You say you only accept PayPal payments that are verified. LOL! That's the whole point of getting the VCC to begin with, to get the account verified!
Please answer questions in 1st paragraph. (please get me your Skype too)
