Copy a website entirely and change it`s backround

Hello everyone, I`m interested in how much would it cost if I wanted someone to copy a website entirely, let`s say a site that has lots of tv series episodes( the episodes are not on that site but streamed through links). Change the looks so it`s harder for someone to see that it is copied( Nothing fancy). And make a way to easily upload new episodes( I don`t have any html knowledge, I would want an easy way to post new videos and keep them organised on the website, also, I want to put my own ads on it). Right now I don`t have enough money for any projects but I would like to know how much would it cost so I know how much I need to get, and maybe I`ll contact you in the future for the project. You chose wrong section.
For your request it's a program how help you to copy a site, if the job it;s ok in one hours it's posibile someone can make your change, rest is word of a software.

There are lot of persons selling scrips with TV series links already included you dont need to find a ripper just buy and install and you are good t go
