Limited paypal - dont know what to do. Please help?

Hey there BlackHatters!
I had my paypal verified but its wasnt unlimited. So i thought when i receive big amount i will unlimit it. But i forget about it and i received big amount and its there but my paypal acc is limited.
It said i need to upload 2 files, proof of identity and adress. I did, and then i havent received any email from them. Its like 2 days. I dont know if i need to do something more or just wait. I need them money really bad. And its big amount too for me.

It says i need to complete steps on that page. But there arent any more steps -_- . Am I just paranoid and i need to wait some more time?
I would call there but i am not from english speaking country so i dont want to try it if its not neccessary.

Call them to see what happened it usually does not take that long to verify your account

I scaned ID card (there is name and adress too) and bank acc statement.
I dont want to call them man, my english isnt that good :/

You don't need to speak English its not a big deal they have different reps that know different languages.

Don't waste the time now, it won't solve automatically, just give them a call and mention everything, don't be late, otherwise you may loose your account for ever. Don't hesitate about English. If you don't have multiple account or something like that, then you are fine, call them as soon as possible. Good luck.

Just call them they are friendly, at least the guy I spoke too. It's the quickest way to resolve an issue
and I didn't even have to provide any documentation only verify little details. Try

Hmm soo, but how does that call cost btw? Because i am from slovakia and i dont have ROAMING (if you know what it is) , or is it free to call there? And what will they ask me please?

Use Skype and call them to their toll free number in the US, login to your account first and look there for the number so you also get the passcode which they will probably ask for when you call. Good luck and relax if the money and the account is legit you will get the restrictions lifted, but call them don't lose time.

I dont have good mic atm for skype call, ok i will use that toll free number, there shouldnt be any problem with that right? And what are they gonna ask please? Do you know something?

Stop hesitating and call them. From your posts your English looks fine. The more you build fear in your mind more difficult this would get. What the worst that can happen if you call them? Call them if you really care about your money.

man! sounds like you don't want your money, stop avoiding dealing with this problem. If it helps you to know im also a non native speaker from a small third world country but that was no problem 4 years ago when i had to call paypal (with Skype) to get my account restrictions lifted after i got my first big cpa payment. Please call and report back

8:00 to 4:30 GMT Monday to Friday.

GOt some news for you! They finally reviewd my documents (i didnt call them) but there was one mistake When i made that acc i wasnt 18yrs old and they know it now. BUT i could withdraw my money without any fees, and now i will resolve it or make new paypal acc as they advised me. Thanks all for help!
