What is wrong With Fb Reach? Any Ideas? my page is going down and down

Facebook is becoming a platform where you need to advertise to reach out to people. They understand that Facebook is less used now a days and need to sqeeze the last juice out of it.

I only have about 9k likes and I get about 2k reach. Just like Google, Facebook uses an Algorithm to display your posts to your fans. The more interaction you get, the more reach you get. For a post with an image I get about 50-70 comments and 40-50 likes and it gets a 2k reach. For ones with a link, you can half that, but even still it's OK.

If you will post only links, then your reach will be low. Post something that engages the users. Your news feed is filled with page post, right?
Those pages must be doing something right. You do that too.Enough of this FB is giving 0 reach rants. You have to change with the time. You don't complain when G changes their algo,but blaming FB now.

You don't need to spend on ads to see an increased reach. You need to spend time and work hard to get more reach.

I spent about 1 year on rising a page that now is with 2.9M likes, and the reach for photos isn't more than 700 and for videos not more than +3K. I put my page on sale, but none is going to pay more than $500. I think that facebook is forcing people to promote our stuff, so they get to full their tummy more and more. But I think that we should spend more time on publishing on other platforms like pinterest, twitter or tumblr.

now all those timelines with Top Stories dont get your post on their timeline
unless they switch to most recent And nobody does that everytime he logs in to facebook

So basically with current Algo Facebook killed Pages just like it had did with old Groups
