I just monetized my video. where do I see how much it has earned.

but youtube earning doesn't show instantly you have to wait few days

You must have an Adsense Account. If you don't have an Adsense account, your earning will 0.00$ forever.
And you don't earn anything. Therefore, get a "hosted" Adsense account right now before your best time to earn passed away.
To get a Hosted Adsense Account just simply go to Monetization Tab and click on "How will I get paid?" And follow whatever it says.

Click on the wrench sign beside Upload button and click on Analytic. In the left sidebar, click on earning report. You will have to wait for somedays to see something though. The earning analytics is shit.

I think it can still be monetized even if he doesn't have an account linked. Not sure who gets the money though. It must be youtube who will get paid for the ad then. I also got confused at first
