- Sadly we do not offer Payoneer right now, but we're doing our best to get it integrated on our network.
- No, not all payments are on weekly basis. We manually choose the users we pay weekly. (Most of the times it's based on the traffic & how much the publisher earns on daily basis)

We're a PPD network, not a CPA network, so i think the answer to your question is pretty obvious.
