I would say the web 2s you mentioned are all about the same. What you want to be concerned about is which is most likely not to get deleted, and out the three you are probably safer with Weebly then Blogger.
I have had more success with Weebly than the others. Another good one is about.com. Not sure what your purpose is, but I occasionally use these for ORM, and if page one isn't too killer, these can do just the trick.
Thanks guys, looking at doing a bit of a churn and burn to do some testing, but after something that ranks well and as Micky said; is unlikely to get removed easily.
The problem with these sites is that they hate affiliate links and a lot of them delete sites that are meant to be affiliate pages.

Different platforms work differently for different people, so trying them out would be your best option. Go for the one that does not delete accounts much too often.
