Directv referal....Ideas????

I have Directv and they let you refer new customers for $10 off your bill and the new customers bill as well. So I'm making a site and linking Twitter, Facebook and probably youtube etc. to find people interested. Especially since I haven't found people that I KNOW so far. Any tips or sites for this idea already that I don't know about? And yes I have googled it. I'm even giving signups an incentive. Free tv, or nearly free, is the goal on this one for me.

With Directv? Just started doing this. With other referral programs, I have some experience with my CPA accounts. But this is different. It's more offline.

I'm interested. About 95% dtv customers have no clue they can access these great deals. A savings of more than $1k per year.
