Some have the entire secret sauce formula in their mind, and they also plan it perfectly to do it tomorrow (first thing in the morning), but come tomorrow, they will have something else to think about... the secret sauce formula is overwritten by another super secret sauce formula...

This happens to me everyday. I usually listen to podcasts and BOOM an idea. Then the next day comes..yeah...not doing it

Yeah, Its definitely true for Life and not just IM.
But if you are really passionate to achieve something, then you definitely spend time in working towards achieving your goal.
There is a book: "As a Man Thinketh." The author likens the mind to a garden.
If planted with beautiful plants and carefully nurtured and tended to, the garden will yield beautiful flowers and be a place of comfort, beauty and peace. If neglected, weeds creep in and destroy the beauty and yield thorns, destruction and harshness.
