We create all kind of accounts 100% manually. Therefore, we can do what is possible to do with an ID. :) (Though we charge some extra cents per ID if work requires some extra time)

I'm affiliated with a company that helps small businesses create and populate Google plus business accounts. These are all legit businesses.
