Recently i regestered new domain but, after regestering i found its expired domain with 00 backlink. After some week i did 301 redirect from one of my old site to new site. Already 4 week passed its index in google but,no any ranking ..so, what if again 301 redirect that old site to new site. will it loose its power???

Maybe your question is not clear enough and that's why you not getting answers?

Google closed this loophole a while ago. New sites get no love with this technique.

like barto said, 301's don't really work. You'll need to build new backlinks.

High pr links are the fastest and most effective way to get your site ranking.

i mean recently i got new domain but, after doing regestration i found it was expired domain (it was my mistake)..
Normally all my new sites get some position withing by 3-4 days but these time no any position .so, after 8 days i did 301 redirect form one of my old site to these new site but, till now no any ranking..

Sometimes you will need a few links pointing to the site to get it to start showing in the SERPS

How about the new domain you've just aquired has been penalized in the past and it won't rank even if you redirect a wikipedia page to it.

what link checker have you used to check this ? If you used the default alexa link checker you should know it resets the backlinks once the domain has expired .
