Recently i regestered new domain but, after regestering i found its expired domain with 00 backlink.After some week i did 301 redirect from one of my old site to new site. Already 4 week passed its index in google but,no any ranking ..so, what if again 301 redirect that old site to new site. will it loose its power???

Google closed this loophole a while ago. New sites get no love with this technique.

Remove the redirect and build new backlinks, fresh and powerful ones.

High pr links are the fastest and most effective way to get your site ranking.
i know but, after the site get index it should get atlest some position..
i mean recently i got new domain but, after doing regestration i found it was expired domain (it was my mistake)..
Normally all my new sites get some position withing by 3-4 days but these time no any position .so, after 8 days i did 301 redirect form one of my old site to these new site but, till now no any ranking..
if i remove the redirect then, will the old site lost its power???
i have already made high pr 5 blog comments...
i don't know wheate its penalized or not as, it has 00 backlinks
what link checker have you used to check this ? If you used the default alexa link checker you should know it resets the backlinks once the domain has expired .

Can you explain what you did more clearly?
Nothing more, did 301 redirect after 1 week and created some high pr 5 blog comment backlinks
