Been trying to get an facebook ads account with a legit debit card and still gets flagged. This is a fresh IP in the same location of billing address. Account was 15 days old with activities (Going to try it on an aged next). It still flagged and asked for verification. I even verified so it still didn't work. Wondering if it checked the name against the card, I noticed the charge was not on the bank. The zipcode was almost identical to IP so I know that wasn't it.

I added the CC through ad manager so it didn't ask for first name , if I add through payments it does, interesting. If you have a vcc that is not banned, or a way to add paypal please message me. I'll help out in any way I can as well.

Thanks

What they check is the Pin code of the card, there are very less Debit Cards which works on Fb Ads, mostly they accept only CC's .

Hey siddy, thanks so much for reply.

Is this what you mean by PIN:
Postal Index Number (PIN) or PIN Code is a 6 digit code of Post Office numbering used by India Post. The PIN was introduced on August 15, 1972. There are 9 PIN regions in the country. The first 8 are geographical regions and the digit 9 is reserved for the Army Postal Service.

The thing is , The IP is in the same city as billing address. Also I've used this type of debit card before on another account, so that's what's just wierd. Any help would be appreciated and awarded anyway I can msg me thanks.

This is a complete lie... All I use are debit cards, from like 10+ different banks. So where is this logic coming from? Unless of course you're referring to prepaids, or offshore debit cards..

Hey OPDESERTSTORM, do proxies work to change IP? Which is better, Socks5 Proxy or VPN? Which method did you use to change your IP?

Also, why dont you just try a prepaid? Do Green Dots not work?

I agree with weissweissweiss, I also use alot of Debit Cards, both normal ones and prepaid (with no name) and they all work just fine. See if you can get a reloadable prepaid card with no name on it (they're available where I live but I know in some countries its impossible to find them, ex. UK), as FB might be able to tell the name attached to a card even if you didn't enter it. Also, be sure to use a VPN rather than a proxy.

Hi MilanB

Thanks for the info. Most prepaid Ive looked at say they require you to 'register' it before you use it, where they ask social security etc. Curious your thoughts on this, how do you get around it? Or does it simply not matter?

OIIO,
Some countries have more stringent financial regulations and require you to register and have a name on your prepaid card (ex. UK). Other countries are are less strict about that. The cards I get are ready made and connected to an existing bank account (on nobodies name). So when I buy them they take down my name but its never directly connected to the cards account number.
