To begin you should look into easy niches, if you are a newbie and are looking for the "big money" markets where all the big boys are playing you don't have a chance and you'll give up on IM before you make a sale.

99% of people that make money online learned on their own, cause laziness is not an option in this industry, if you want to make money online you've got to dedicate several hours per week to read, build, fail and start again.

Exactly, its common for guys in India to use blogspot and think they can rank. You do need to invest time effort and money into a long term moneymaker.
