Tiered link Building still effective ?

Hello everyone!I am a YT + PPD Marketer nd im like a noob in SEO.But still i read lots of guides on Seo in the last few monts and brought scrapebox for manual backlinking.As, my earnings are fully autopilot i want to get traffic from google too!I am going to make super hq tier 1 Only of Pr4 links for each of my sites. Can i rank only with Tier 1 or ill have to make Tier 2 ?

Of course you can rank only with one tier. You know how are you going to know for sure? Test it. Make only tier 1, wait and see if it ranks. If it doesn't rank, build more or do tier 2. It all depends on competition.

Nope nothing bad can happen, just make sure the blog pages aren't spammed to death! (OBL is low)

It will never harm if you post quality blog comments means add something valuable or provide some information in your comments.
