Yes both of them are good.
But i would suggest you to go with yahos since hotmails are making frequent changes these days.
Alternatively you might know that there are other accounts like aols and gmx which are also good for mailing purpose.

We try to make the email address look as real as possible.
Making an email with some thing like [email protected] will be of no use.
