Hello , i know a friend that he own this domain ( facebook.ae ) From 2007 and know he want to take action , What do you advice to him to do ? Sell it ? Where and How ?

No they cant because here is own it from 7 years and no one talk to him , as well as the domain for UAE country and facebook does not have Trademark in UAE

That is great domain, he can probably sell it for big price though. But rather than selling, what can he do in that?

He can do similar concept to http://www.lamebook.com/ , to find and post funny stuff or allow users to crete acocunts and post what they find funny.. fill it with ads, or services for fb and other social accounts to organize fake followers/likes/retweets etc, or to learn how to advertize on fb and to promote his service for running facebook ads for others who don't know how to do it or don't have time to run campaigns... etc
