Long story short, I have an account that got limited about 15 days ago with $1,900 in it. I used a real United States credit card and bank account (used fake name). That being said, I can't verify it myself. I don't want to pay anything in the "hopes" of it being unlimited (they want a utility bill, photo id, etc I think). I don't have enough posts to pm ya, but what I'd like to do is if you can fix this you can take say 20% of whats in the account if you get the limitation removed?

Hello, I am new to stealth accounts. I've been on ebay since the beginning and I've finally been blacklisted... Long story! Anyway, after studying I was able to create a new stealth account. My paypal is already verified. I had listed my first item on ebay and it was ended then I received the MC999. I called and they could not verify my address since I used it from the fakenamegenerator. She said it wasn't a huge deal it was probably something odd with the city name. I was stoked and she reinstated my account and I was able to relist my item. This morning I wake up to find that my listing was taken down again and I received yet another MC999. Called again but this time not so easy! They want me to send in one document to show proof of my name/address. I'm assuming they want my DL but they did not say that exactly. What do I do? Can "Secondeye" create this doc for me? I'm in Maryland. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I'm running out of time and need to start making money again! Please help! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Maybe you can take a snapshot of your Resolution center tab and maybe we can help you out solve each things that paypal is asking?

Hello, do you guys know how to resolve US paypal verified account that cannot pay or send payment? Even though it has paypal balance.. it still says "We're sorry but you cant send payment right now". Or sometime it gives error "You must add funds to your paypal account." But again it has paypal balance... crazy paypal...
