Flippa buyers protection / help?

Hi,
I am thinking about buying a site on flippa but having doubts because I hear stories that it's full of scammer and flippa won't help buyers.

Ofcourse I will do my due dillengence but I still want to know how far flippa will help me if I get scammed. Lets say the seller doesn't deliver will flippa help me get in contact with the seller if he ignores my PM's? Like he had to verify his phone number, will they give me his phone number? And he also had to verify his paypal, will they give me his paypal details?

They won't help you at all. They might ban the flippa user but that's it.

Plus, professional scammers have tens of flippa accounts, they don't care about being banned.

J am still looking for a solution for this.. I have 3 websites to sell off but I don't know where to sell them.
Flippa is the most visited website selling marketplace and the sellers get reasonable money.
But I have a doubt on how many of those big transactions for shitty sites actually happen.
And that's the reason I am holding back till now.

Anyone can suggest how to go about it? I know few people in BHW still are flipping sites and making it nice.

Wherever you buy things online, you should check sellers carefully. Don't lose your money because damn reasons

Good point. Although it shouldn't be, it's kind of the buyers responsibility to determine if the stats appear accurate or not in accordance to what we can analyze from the outside. There's really no 100% guarantee in the end, but we can at least minimize the chances of getting ripped off by as they say "doing our due diligence", taking advantage of Escrow, and checking out the sellers background and history as much as possible. Even then you could still get hit, so there's always risk involved whether you're buying or selling.
