Mobile App developers Wanted (Android and iOS)

I am looking to hire a developer for mobile app for both Android and iOS. This is an app for the Australia stock market. Below are the requirements.

1. Must be able to retrieve real time stock quotes and pricing from either Yahoo Finance (Australia) or Australia Stock Exchange
2. The app must have real time stock price updates and portfolio functionality; must allow user to set a stop loss or entry buy
3. The app must be able to send out a push notification when stop loss is met or entry buy is hit
4. The app must have charting ability that is similar to Australia stock exchange

Things to Note
1. I am only willing pay an upfront fee of $20, the rest of payment will happen when app is fully developed. You can keep the source code until full payment is made but I need to be able to review the functionality of the app. Payment will be made once the app functions as per instructed.

2. I would require three months of after sales service should there be any problem discovered on the app.

3. I am willing to retain your service to update the app by paying a monthly retainer fee to roll out more updates

It is not a typo. Prepayment is a very sensitive subject. Unless these freelancer has a registered Company with a physical office in my native country, I am willing to pay a higher deposit amount.

To protect these freelancer, I am not taking the source code until payment has been made. A fair and square deal.

If you have a Company setup with real physical office (not virtual office address), I am willing to downpayment up till 50%. I am based in Asia. So I can travel anywhere even if you are based in India to visit your office to discuss the details.

As long as you are a legal business entity with a decent phyical office setup, I can downpayment up to 50%. Sorry to Freelancer, I really cannot give too high deposit as the risk is too high.

If I am that smart in programming, I will not need to hire a developer. I can just get any app on the store to reverse engineer. Thank you for thinking so highly of me but I am not that smart.

We would be happy to help out, we're a UK based application development company but you'll need to add a few 0's to the end of your upfront payment!
