to be honest blacky is one nice person, i have bought the service from him and since i had problem with my hosting i had to stop the service.
blacky had the site almost ready and i asked him to refund me,although his refund policy does not include that sort of refund,blacky understand me and refunded me my money,i appreciate it to be honest he could have said no to me since everything was almost ready,that shows at least what kind of person blacky his,i am very suprised with his willing to refund me my funds,thanks alot blacky.
