How to make visitors share video before watch on wordpress?

Hello to everyone!
I`m searching for a way to lock videos in Wordpress so visitors can only play them after they share the webpage containing that video on Facebook.
I only found paid plugins that do this, does anyone has a free one?

Thank you, but i want that people can see the video, something like on this page:

It shows the play button, and after you press it shows the share button.
I have FBLikejacker script that requires you to press a square to play the video that has a hidden like button. This does not work anymore.
