You can target the views, but you understand that these are not real views, they are computer generated views.

so if my tag words are not competitive i can expect my video to figure on the first page of youtube ?
do you use fake views/likes/subscriber to achieve this ? because i trully must stay away from those things, all i need is to be among the first videos listed when searching for my tag words.

If you are worried that your video might be banned then I would recommend you to just skip the views and get rest of the service. You should be all right.
