Please help me with Fiverr URGENT!

Hey guys

I have been selling on fiverr for over 2 years

But something nasty happened last week.

I am selling social media services for long there. Mainly facebook likes, twitter followers. My services are top notch i know that. Price wasn't the cheapest but i had lot of customers because of quality. Main reason being i provide these services using only the best reliable and time tested method due to which my services do not face the drops or bans like most of sellers.

My gig for "real twitter followers" was on rank 2 and my price was twice than other suppliers but still i had more sales than them.

Last week my Facebook likes gig got denied. I contacted fiverr support, they said they were contacted by FB enforcement team to remove my gig including several others who are providing fb likes. I said alright.

But then next day i saw my twitter gig nowhere in search but is still active. Contacted support again they sadi my account has had few denied gigs by now so none of my gigs will now appear in their search which means my twitter gig is no more in search. I requested them twice but no help. They say make new account and close this. But what about the 1000 + reviews i have ?

My service is good thats why i still have 5-10 sales daily from returning customers but no new clients. I'm frustrated. 2 years of hard work gone waste?

I'd keep on pressing at support as it is the only way to do something with it.

May be setup a new account and drop a link of your previous gig in the description?

That's the rule of the game. I do not know what quality service you offer when you provide facebook like.
For genuine facebook like, I doubt you can offer in such a low cost. Even not complain by facebook to fiverr, sooner or later customers of yours will also report to fiverr. There is no way to fight this case, just move on, that's the game of IM, number game.

So they are turning down social media gigs? It'll be a great lost to drop in ranking for major keywords like that. I hope everything will turn out alright.

well i am not sure whether you guys know the exact reason for fb likes drops or not but i do know. Regarding quality i know i have it, thats why i sell just 1000 likes for $5 and others sell 4000 per gig but my gig survived 2 years without complaint to fiverr. IF facebook itself wants to shut down the sellers gigs then i'm helpless but customers never had problem. i had 700+ reviews on my FB gig which they denied. I accept that.

But all i want them is not to remove my other gigs from search. My twitter service was a big hit and my sales have dropped to just 5-7 from 20-30 per day for twitter service.

They say request after 7 days for reinstating your gigs in search. I did twice already but same reply:

"Our editorial team reviewed your account again but was not able to reinstate your appearance in search results."

I can make new account no issue but i dont want to lose this account as my old loyal customers keep ordering. All i have lost are the new clients.

Send your customer your private contact information asap since they are going to close down your gigs anyway. Let them know you new gig once you had created them. The only way out for now.

i think you misread the query.

My account is actually quite safe now than what it was before. Since the gigs are not in search anymore they cant be reported by FB or twitter again. My old clients are loyal to me and will never complaint because i dont give them a chance. So no risk of any bans now.

But i missing the good sales daily i had before.

So asked here if someone else had same problem and if managed to solve it ?

thanks for reply but my customers can still order, i just cant reach new clients on fiverr.

I am now thinking of providing services on new portals. Fiverr is gone for now. IS there good scope here in BHW? I mean if i start my service here, chances of getting good orders?
