As title, why don't we spam backlink directing it to the landing page ? Sorry for asking stupid question, but I would like to go deeper on this: how google treat a website ranked by non-multi-tiered backlink ?

No that's negative. You should follow this graph. Its easy spoon feeding

Your main site >> high quality backlinks >> medium quality backlinks >> low quality backlinks >> spam backlinks .
So now you know where should put spam link on ..

spamming is not seo.. spamming is bad :) google punishes a website by taking it out from serp! :D

i feel like teaching a kid :P

I never seems to understand this method. So you have quality links 1st tiers linked by medium quality also linked by low quality backlinks. If a medium quality backlink is linked by low/spam backlinks >> it also becomes low quality right? Then the whole equation collapse over time...since Google can just go through all this and find out the pyramid. It's not that hard to find consider they hire the most intelligent people in the world working for them.

All i'm saying is it doesn't look natural at all. Why from weak to strong? Why not random? Because natural is pretty random.

Yea thats good thing... Teaching others is health way of increasing knowledge..

To avoid google penalty we use tier links.. You can do all backlinks to tiered links and to make your money site free from penalty

why not create only relevant and powerful links?
and not 1000000000 spammy layered links
you can rank pretty well only whit a few relevant and aged links

Good on page, high quality, relevant links & sprinkle a dash of SERP dust and you should have a recipe for some good rankings depending on your comp.

There is a definitive answer to how they a non tiered campaign, there is variables that can distort that such as competition, quality of your links, how you set up your campaigns, etc...

Spamming your page will only make your page a can of spam waiting to get washed out of the results.
