Looking for Wordpress Designer/Developer

For a new travel project I am currently looking for a web designer/developer who can create a customized portal which uses Wordpress as the CMS.
The functionality for the website is going to be quite basic I only need a menu bar, and some other plugins (Facebook, Email Optin Form etc) setup and installed. There might be little ad hoc support required later on.

Just a suggestion, I think you can also try to look for WP designer/developer in some freelancing sites like:
1. Staff.com - for full time/part time hires
2. Elance
3. Freelancer
4. Fiverr
5. Odesk

These are legit online marketplaces in finding great people who are working most of their time from home/remote places.
