Start posting aff links with the vines and see what converts the best.

1) Setup a website
2) Add content (vines, funny images, viral content) and push traffic from your page
3) Monetize via adsense and cpa offers

I'm doing the exact same thing on one of my sites and earning $$$/day with less than 100k likes page, so do the math.

The problem is reach is getting cut by facebook so each post might get lowered and profitability might not be high.

Also, adsense is a good way but could get banned. Be careful.
