$30 budget for one site - What would you do?

If I have a $30 monthly budget for a niche AdSense site that I'm looking to generate organic traffic, what would my best rate of return be? This is somewhat of a thought experiment, but I'd like to know an approach. I was thinking something along the realms of article marketing, spinning, and backlink pyramids, but I'm wondering what you folks would think of specifically. Thanks!

EDIT: This is above and beyond content-building activity. I'm looking specifically for off-page things I can do with a small monthly budget that would build my organic search traffic. Thank you for all the help so far!

Totally depends. $30 isn't very much but if that's all I had, and I didn't want to write about whatever it is that your niche site covers, then yes, I would probably spend that money on buying articles from a reputable seller here. However, cheap articles you buy here won't get you very far unless you go back through them and add much more value.

Buy some links or make thsm by yourself, better put your $30 into good articles for your niche

At first I would focus on building high quality content rather then SEO. Once you have a good amount of content up then I'd start focusing on SEO.

It all really depends on what you can and can't do on your own. Some people can create a successful website and do all the work themselves without spending a dime.

If it were me, I would probably invest in article writing because personally I just hate doing it.

With 30 I would get a nice header/banner for your niche website, and If you are having some featured articles, get some headers for the featured articles as well. For me, nice looking GFX turn a MFA site into a nice looking niche website.
