How to go about new AdWords Account

Just had my main account suspended, Im looking for some help on getting a new account, things i think i know:

-New Creditcard number
-New name
-New address
-New computer/vps
-Google detects IP
-Google detects computer macadress

What i was wondering is, does google detect modern mac address? Can i start a new account from a new computer with my same internet, providing i get a new IP? Can i use a macadress spoofer and use the same computer with new details? Getting a VPS, would I need to get one in the same area as I live because of address? Whats the best way to go about this, I really appreciate you support and answers, Thanks!

As a native app, the chrome browser can read any value in your machine. Since there are mysterious closed source components in chrome that are not in chromium, I would not use that browser or any native google app on my PC.

Under normal circumstances, regular network access does not reveal your MAC. But native apps can read it and use it to flag you so watch out for that.

Thanks, yeah I do use google chrome but i also use google adwords power editor aswell, very important for adword campaigns. So I'm guessing they have my computer macadress in file? Is it possible for them for them to get my modems mac address?

If i get a VPS it has to be in the same region as my billing address? I have an old computer at home i wanna use, setting up VM's on it and using a proxy for each one and getting new account on each one sound like it would work?

yes they allow.. you just need to worry about transaction charges to load your VCC

if you want to ask something, you should be clear! Its really tough to answer this

i suppose you have gmail account.. just login in that.. and goto adwords site and again login.. thats it.. Adwords account is ready. you need to add CC and verify.

I have the same question... as the previous poster, with a computer running VM and entropay cards is enough? if you just have a dinamic IP address is enough? I want to create new accounts as my old ones got banned, and I want to be a "new person" to google.

but I'm not sure as for example I have the websites hosted on a VPS, is this an issue as the IP for the websites will be the same? would they relate them? instead of having a VPS for that server will be better to hire separate "shared hostings" instead of on VPS for all?

You sure it's that difficult to open an ads google account? I already opened 4 with $100 plus credit from them... But you have to pay $25 first ( which I think it's okay)

well, I have open some accounts, but they get banned once I start sending traffic to them. I need to now what are the requirements to create an account that is "unrelated" to prior accounts.

like for example.

* -if I need to use a VCC, which one you recommend
* -different computers (does virtual machines work with this?)
* -different IP's.- I believe that aside from the IP you use to login to adwords account you also need to have separate IPs for the websites
* -how would you have different ip's inside each VM?
* -if using VCC, can the credit information be the same? (is this shared to adwords?)

Use regularly used aged gmail account.

Sign in with mail like outlook yahoo not gmail or you will be traced and banned

change your IP, computer, create new account with new name and address, do not put or use anything of your previous account.

also a reminder for you, if your adwords approved and running don't advertise your affiliate links first, advertise shop/legit product like flower shop etc. search in google, spend atleast $50 first (my experience making new adwords account)
