Site updates - March 2014

We are running a number of site updates this week lasting no longer than 15-20 mins. If you see any issues please report them here and they will be dealt with ASAP. Ideally we would like to see an explanation and / or screen shot of the issues you are facing.

First upgrade requires a global password reset, I appreciate that some of you may have recently upgraded your passwords, apologies for the inconvenience it's just something we had to do.




We are also planning some other changes around the forum over the next few days please report any issues to our dedicated support section or post them on this thread.

I'm not sure if it's to do with an update but I created a thread about it and sgudav closed the thread, referring me to this one.

I've forgotten my password and when I do the forgot my password, it emails me a confirmation link to reset my password but then does not send me my new password like it says it would.

Please can someone reset my password for me and email it to me?

My account is "the-dream". I only made this one to try and get access to my old one again!

It's quite annoying to reset your password, especially since e-mails with resets are delayed for hours. I do have my own hosting company so NO, they didn't end up in my spam box...

(And I feel honoured I'm still ranked n00b after 7 years!)

password changing is bog standard for any website that has any security protection. Especially a site like BHW where for a lot of people, account being stolen could result in loss of money or fraud/scams being carried out in there name.

Hey meannn try white listing the notification emails or marking as "not spam".

We work on deliverability all the time but sometimes we need your help to get them into your inbox.

Password change with no issues, I'm seeing a definite speed increase here in the UK, the site feels much snappier.
