OP nothing works now after the latest google update

As of now it is recommended to to use real sims for creating youtube accounts
And yes please do use 1 sim for one youtube account to be on a safer side

I just tried my method and created and successfully verified a new account. Methods do exist out there but if you are unsure, just spend 5 bucks on fiverr for a pva account or purchase it in bulk.

Skype phone and voice verify works. You can also buy SIMs very cheaply, or purchase accounts pre-verified. Good luck!
