Yes, you are absolutely right about using proxy. I am not newbie and working with twitter a couple of years. During the twitter accounts registration I am using the rule: 1 IP = 1 twitter account a day. Instead of proxies i am using dinamic IP of my second internet provider (it is better then using proxies). And everything was just fine till last week (no even 1 twitter account have banned). But suddenly this week have appeared phone verification during new twitter account registration (didnt change anything). And it is strange that i can register new twitter account from my static home IP without any phone verification. So i dont have clue: why it happens =) ? And do you have such phone verification right now ? And what proxies (IPs) do you use for new twitter account registration ?

yes, it doesnt block current no phone accounts, but it could stuck new account registration for you with phone verification

Maybe use higher quality proxies and limit the number of account you create per a proxy?
