TL;DR
Code:
The settlement imposes a $200,000 judgment against the defendants, most of which is suspended,
due to their inability to pay. It requires them to turn over $30,000 in cash plus the proceeds from
the sale of Glazers? 2007 Bentley automobile and Eagle?s 2006 Range Rover.

Stealing from affiliates and now get robbed by bigger thief

Steve,

Let?s put an end to this then and clear this up once and for all with the entire community watching, ok Steve?

You wrote a long winded post and avoided addressing every single accusation or bit of evidence brought against you. I doubt that's coincidence. Anyone who saw the video or reads up then looks at your post can see that. Usually when someone avoids questions they do it because they're lying. Rather than let you ramble on and treat us all like we're stupid, I'll make it VERY EASY here.

To ALL, if Steve can finally come forward and not side step the following 5 points, I will APOLOGIZE AND NEVER SAY ANOTHER WORD about his company BLAM ADS or CPAGrip. We're all waiting, read on.

If you cant reply to the following please dont reply at all.

1) Why the hell would RYAN EAGLE HIMSELF POST A FIST ON INSTAGRAM, CPAGrips logo, and say he is in business but "flying off the radar" then have a friend talk about how he has a GRIP on everything in the industry and laugh about it.

You have a CPA Grip like image of his fist from Ryan on his own instagram account at instagram.com/ryaneagle - anyone is free to go look see.

You have CPAGrips logo which is the fist

You have Ryan Eagle HIMSELF admitting he is in the business but behind the scenes every chance he gets.

You have a comment on there about how he has a GRIP on everything in this industry even though hes flying off the radar.

He laughs about how he is involved but invisible.

Coincidence right Steve? Sure no problem, lets continue then ok?

2) CPAGrip.com website is an exact clone of BlamAds.com website RIGHT DOWN TO THE WORDING!!!!!!!!!!

I get it if its a little similar but lol please.

CPAGrip.com slogan "Tired of little checks?"
BlamAds.com slogan"Sick of those little checks?"

Look? Exact same

Layout? Exact same

WORDING!!!! ridiculously similar.

Another coincidence right Ryan? LOL ok.

3)
I want to make one thing very clear: An extremely common tactic when a new network emerges that begins to gain traction, is for other networks to come out and try to brand them as a Ryan Eagle upstart network.

Really? LMAO. Name ONE instance where a network has been falsely accused of being owned by Ryan Eagle and show some proof. I mean you said its an "extremely common tactic" and youre not a liar right? Looking forward to it.

4)
Nightmarez has been posting thread after thread across the web to anyone who will listen
LOL really Steve? I posted one other thread on BHW then came back and posted this one when I had way more evidence. Want to show us all these multiple threads? You said "thread after thread". Also you are saying im on every forum doing this? Even if I were how the hell would you know that? Like seriously. Its funny since im not and there are thousands of posts and views on this whole thing but ya I guess when you roll with the EAGLE the size of a lie or exaggeration doesnt matter since you think people believe anything. Im waiting for the URL to all these threads on BHW I supposedly started.

PS Anyone can click on my profile and see all of my threads. As you said only 1 got deleted so...you kind of double talked but lol thanks

5) Best for last? I know that you are a real guy but no one cares about you or is talking about you. Other than me proving youre a liar... but I guess you learn from the best in that department. Answer this

Why the hell would you have a "person" named John who is the "owner" yet:

- Used a fake, SHUTTERSTOCK image for his photo which was published on CPAFix, as in the video

- Claimed to be the owner of CPAGrip himself at first with a partner named Ryan. Never mentioned you at all and you only came forward when it hit the fan and you got busted.

- Has NO linkedin Profile.

- Has NO Facebook Profile

- Uses FAKE images to represent himself

Also, similar to Eagle world you talk about being so cool and professional. Well, REAL businesses and have their BIOs on their homepages so you know youre not dealing with a fraud. Their employees, specially the poster boy like John have linkedin profiles and facebook profiles. LOLOLOL @ CPAGrip with only a fake named John as anyone's contact on the site: No bio, FAKE Shutterstock image, No Facebook, No record online, no anything LOLOLOL

So Steve. I'm sure you are real and I'm sure your partner Ryan made a nice "off the radar" off the books cash investment and got you all setup. Maybe tell him not to post photos of that cash on his site then brag about how he is in business with a GRIP on things. You wanted to clear the air. Let's do that please! Please reply to points 1-5 and we can put an end to this :)

Thanks Steve

If you really want to protect affiliates, just report it to the FTC and let them follow the MONEY! They've got access to everything, unless he's running all cash and that's a big no-no. I'm sure the FTC would love to check up on someone whose already had a judgement against them. After that, call it a wrap and move on.

Jesus. This thread is just dumb primarily because of the data it's founded on.

An Instagram photo of a fist and then a website of a fist and the word "grip" because Ryan also said this word on Instagram? Do I need to compile you a list of websites that display hands/fists and are associated with the word "grip" (because that's, you know, what hands and fists do) so you can also say Ryan owns them?

Copying websites? Do you know how many times members of BHW alone have ripped sites and modified them for use? BlamAds was still live around the time of CPAGrip's formation, so it would have taken literally 60 seconds to copy the design of BlamAds and have the look/feel of a then-prominent network in order to quickly establish an appearance of credibility.

As far as your "best for last" bit? There are countless reasons people would use stock imagery for their identity. I wouldn't know any specific reasons in this case, but again, some of us have likely done this. I used to do it all the time when I was younger and didn't want people seeing some little high schooler running a major Houston firm.

I don't think it's wrong for you to attempt to piece together this puzzle you've made, if there is even a puzzle to begin with, but the "evidence" you've presented is laughable.

That said, Steve did mention that one could easily look up his business license to see the registered members. On that note, I did a business entity search in Nevada (the CPAGrip official location), Wyoming and Delaware (popular filing states), and Illinois (EWA's filing state) and found no records of CPAGrip. This is information you could question, not petty shit like Instagram photos. You sound like a prepubescent teenager wondering why their boyfriend/girlfriend uploaded a photo of another person to their Facebook. Grow up.

Those are very bold claims. You mention that you are sure CPAGrip has made an "off the radar" books deal With Mr. Eagle. I'm interested in how you know this, and considering it is not true, you can't know this. Everything you've mentioned you just sort of made up. Everything. I can't explain why Ryan Eagle's friend said he has a #grip on the industry, because I don't know. I've never spoken with Mr. Eagle.

I think the above "certainty" you display when dealing with the facts is the reason we're in this mess. You make lots of presumptions and seem more interested in stirring up drama than you do maintaining a resolution. It's almost as if you're just trying to drag us down to your level - so it stops here. We won't be responding to your tirade's after this, as we have a network to run. You've actually inspired us to market on BlackHatWorld to offer our services to this affiliate community, so thank you for alerting us to this awesome community. Definitely some great guys here.

I can say one thing, though - if Ryan Eagle were trying to 'fly off the radar' he would have deleted that instagram post. Except he didn't. It's just still there. I doubt Mr.Eagle even knows CPAGrip exists.

John is protective of his privacy and he is a partner / affiliate manager at CPAGrip. He has been absolutely integral to our formation. I'm not interested in having you try to get me to dox one of our staff members in an attempt to satisfy your little crusade. Additionally, shame on you for attacking John. Simply put, he's one of the hardest working people in the entire industry. What he chooses to do on social networks is of absolutely no concern to me and does not impact his job performance.

In terms of templates, it's true. BlamAds and CPAGrip share a template. This is proof that websites can buy stock templates off the internet. Good job, detective.

I have nothing more to add to that, except CPAGrip and BlamAds existed at the same time and many affiliates worked with both companies simultaneously. This alone proves how ridiculous your argument is.

I bet you won't tell us who you are, or anything about you. Because you yourself are a caricature of an affiliate. At any rate, if you actually are an affiliate, which I doubt given your repeated attempts at trying to incite a mob with baseless information, feel free to post your Facebook Profile and I'd be happy to add you.

Until then, I have nothing more constructive to add to this thread. Nightmarez likely works for another network. I can't say which one, I wish I knew -- that said, affiliates know CPAGrip is a great network with a wonderful reputation that provides real world service to affiliates all over the web. We have nothing more to add this thread, it's been discussed and settled.

OP has already been caught lying -- pretending he just discovered the youtube video, when actually he himself posted it in the first place. I wish this were a marketing stunt, to those who called it out already. But this guy is actually serious, and at this point there's nothing any of us can do but laugh.

Looks like a fishy try to promote that new network by joining their name with ryan.

This thread is a good example of what our 'Shit List' section would be if our mods weren't so reliable and generally competent.

Once again Steve managed to dodge every question while accidentally confirming that John is a phony who uses a fake name and a stock image (for what reason?) to protect his identity. It just shows how much of a liar you are Steve since you said John was his real name prior. Thank you for at least confirming that and giving us more insight into the matter. Now please answer the rest of the questions.

they are scams .. i don't think they will back again .. f**k off

Completely agree with Tommy. I've spoken to Ryan a few times and he's always been cool with me. He takes about as much of a "no bullshit" attitude as you can have in this game and I wish him the best in his new endeavor.

this has been talked about for the past few weeks, nothing new.

interesting point. perhaps he'd be willing to share the company name he's registered under

Of course - whenever we send money to anyone, the money comes from "Gripped Media LLC" -- which is also the name of our registered entity. This is very public information. Happy to help.

If you guys look at my original thread in this post, you'll see that I've shared this information publicly in the past on this forum.
