Getting $ 0.00 or $0.01 per page likes

Your are terribly misinformed about facebook marketing. This is NOT youtube.

1. Facebook doesn't have a spotlight section where pages with lots of likes get exposure. Youtube's homepage has many spotlights for high video views.
2. Having fake facebook likes is worse than having NO likes at all. That's because when you make a new post on your page, facebook takes a percentage of your fans and shows it to them. If most or some of your likes are fake, it will dilute the amount of real people who see your posts. The result is a completely useless and inactive page.

Stop wasting your time and money.

you totally misunderstood the post OP is getting likes through fb ads and not from third party
Infact i find them very useful if even if they are from countries which are not in your target market because of certain factors

Also, should we go with CPC/CPM? I have been tweaking the hell out of my ads, getting down from $1 to almost 10 cents now! Still not satisfied with the amount I am spending.
