Anyone else use exoclick? I heard that they were a good ad network, so today I decided to give it a try.
I added $200 to my funds, and set up some really nice campaigns with my own custom ads, etc. etc.

Here's where I hit a problem.
My campaigns were rejected for the following reasons: "Product Information Required - Please Contact Customer Services"

Not a big deal, I can just go to customer services and provide them more info about my campaigns, right? NOPE.

On the customer service ticket page, after I fill out all my ticket info and click submit, the site prompts this error:
"A Cross Site Request Forgery attempt has been detected; please try again."

Excellent. Not only have I dropped $200 on exoclick only to have my ad campaigns declined, I can't even contact customer support to get it fixed! Fuck that.
To me, it appears that exoclick is making EASY money by rejecting advertiser campaigns and not allowing them to contact customer support. This means people deposit the minimum $200 to start advertising, but exoclick is just going to decline their campaigns so they can't ever advertise. Sounds like the ultimate scam haha.

I've read so many good things about exoclick though. It's a shame they do this to people.

This isn't going to help with your pain but your story is not new even at BHW:

http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/shit-list/324548-exoclick-big-scammer-avoid-them.html

Moral of this story: Use the search button before investing!

I actually already read that thread and researched alot on exoclick before I decided to do this. People claim to be scammed, but other people claim to have success? What's the deal?
It appeared that the good outweighed the bad, so I figured I might as well give it a shot. I'm almost regretting it now, but it's still just the first day. I'll give these people another day or two to accept my campaign... OR ELSE

I used paypal though, so I can do a chargeback within 45 days, correct?

I certainly would talk to Paypal and present your emails and attempted contacts with these SOBs.

The only way to contact them is via the exoclick contact page, or the exoclick ticket support (which doesn't work)
Could i take screenshots of me attempting to contact them to suffice for a screenshot of an email?

I have used exoclick in the past. When I tried to advertise products and content in my own language I got a message similar to yours. Then I tried with some English cam affiliate programs and my campaigns were approved

I'm trying to promote an adult offer from peerfly.. Its a widely known ad network. But it IS in a foreign language.

Another one of my campaigns is in english and it also got declined.

My attempts to contact them worked out. Better than expected actually. I guess they just require extensive approval and information before approving campaigns.
Hopefully they're worth it!

Hey there, this story is not really rare in online marketing biz. The strange thing is that company doesn't care about own reputation and just takes 200 buck$ from people. In such cases I advice mctraffics self service ad platform, it's nice and you don't have to deposit 200$ - 500$. Just buy package and that's it. It's not expensive at all. I'm not sure about adult (porn) ads, ask their support about it. Take care!

Fake word of mouth.

I tried ones Exoclick for 4 weeks and I selected to pay on prepay by PPC, but I didn't receive any conversion no response from any support email or customer support, I want to say exoclick is a scam and do not use them!
