Is this normal for my Facebook page?

So I have a 408k page which gets 1-2k new likes every single day. In December 2013, it had ~90k likes and it was VERY ACTIVE. When I post a photo, I would get 2-3k likes easily.

However...at the end of January, the reach decreased and became awful, but I dealt with it. Yesterday, it decreased again and with 408k likes, my photos reach 5-10k people only (WTF?!). Is it normal?

I mean I know that Facebook doesn't want us to have a wide reach, but 1-2% reach...that's too much.
Is there any way to improve it or something? It's a very good page and has many supporters who have been there since day one.

Yea its normal.
Usually my pages used to have 5times talking about than the actual likes.so i would say thats usualy.
but after the algo updates i can't even reach the taking about no where near to likes i tried so hard but on a 150k i reach 100k and then few days later back to 80-85k .
Try to make posts with make users not just like the page but also comment.
After the new update comments and share's are playing an important role to increase activty if you have less likes and more share that means more people shared and it visible to there friends or public so the reach will increase .
Another thing i noticed if you post videos the amount of sharing are more than compared to pictures.

This is too normal actually. Having 1M page and post reach are like 10k around. This new Fb algo really sucks. What i have found is that image which attracts users to comment for example that "How many Squares can u see" . That type of post boost up th reach and talking about. Keep on experimenting with your page and find out what works for you the best

I get a good reach on video uploads only, it goes out to 100k people even if it isn't very popular. But other posts are awful, especially links. Is there any way to improve it...I guess not?

Facebook's been changing its algo, even I get 1-2% reach on my posts.
Only videos have a wider reach. If you can get people to comment, your post reach increases.
There is also a difference in reach of photo posts with and without links. The latter has lesser reach.

Load your statuses in AMF and blast likes and shares, also make fake accounts to increase your comments.
