I can give you some basic help, but what your asking is somewhat beyond the scope of this service. This is more of a mass service and you want to use as many inner pages as possible along with ideally tier sites - unless your only doing something like video sites etc... - and you want to use a large volume of keywords ideally.
So it looks more natural. Also using natural anchors as well as branded is a great idea and you should do it.

This service may help with your page rank, but its not really focused specifically on building page rank, but rather on building links. You can rank a PR0 site, I know Ive had PR 0 sites dominate and consistantly hold higher rankings then my sites with PR. Its annoying, lol
