You can start with opening a website first, then other things slowly.
Drop shipping is not as easy as it sounds.

Sell on eBay isn't easy.
Think about rerunds, ebay fees, paypal fees.
Not many China sellers accept PayPal payment, but when accept you must pay additional fees...

Don't dropship on eBay unless you know how it works.
Packages from China have Chinese writing on it that's hard to miss, plus it will have a return address. The buyer will know it came from China and will either ignore it, or mention it when they leave feedback which other people (including a competitor) may read and report it to eBay.
Plus, You risk the chance a drop shipper may plug their own retail business (if they have one) and include a business card to drive traffic to them.

Whatever you do, don't drop ship from China. You can buy things from China if you know what you're doing, but have them delivered from your house first. You're thinking about going into expert level right off the bat. Ebay isn't opposed to dropshipping, as I told them on the phone personally when they asked if I was (I called for a limit increase). They suggest a garbage (in their pocket) company "World Wide Brands" for dropshipping.
They are opposed to you sourcing cheap and counterfeit items, which is why if you sell tv's, smart phones, high end cameras, tablets, they'll likely pull your listing down since those are most likely to be fake.

You can try Aliexpress, but the key is to find good suppliers. Aliexpress is similar to Ebay consists from many sellers. Some sellers are good and reliable, some not so good. You need to look at feedback, if feedback is 99% or 100% and consists of 100's of purchases, then try this seller. Then contact seller, ask him about delivery times, whether he will ship without invoice, ask about returns, all that stuff.
