I can't assure you that they will send alot of emails.
My duty is to deliver quality accounts .. they will be working when I deliver them to you.

After that it all depends on your how you use them ..What mailer do you use .. what kind of ips do you use etc.
Let me know how many do you need ???

i use my own software - coded in c#
i use Turkey real ips - 0 proxy
i will send emails to my previous customers

however it totally depends on quality of those accounts. yahoo is blocking accounts based on quality.

No they aren't phone verified ..
They are just email verified accounts with pictures.
