Hi guys, been with you since October - have a site here in the UK. It's been 6 months, and have seen ZERO results in SERPS for the KW's. We went for your recommended KW that were the 'easiest' to rank for the niche. So you chose the KW's and after tracking in Moz, Majestic, Webmaster Tools and a third party rank tracker, there has been no positive SERP movements.

Just sent an email asking for a refund, I think we gave it a fair and honest try.

I'm not happy with their service or lack of communication. I've asked questions several times on Skype only to be ignored. Asked about their reporting and was told I would get my final report on April 1st. It's the 3rd and I still haven't heard a peep from them. Oh, but they are quick to send me an overdue re-bill notice. Yeah right, I cancelled the recurring charge through Paypal! Thanks for nothing!
