Firtly, their was an issue with our WHMCS and pipe which wasn't picking up the emails quickly, as soon as issue was recognized, we fixed the issue, this is why the replies were getting delayed as the tickets weren't showing up in the admin section.

Secondly, the member area is working fine, try to clear your cache and cookies.

Thirdly, it is possible that the VPS can get hacked, I've seen a lot of people using hacked tools which is the core reason why a VPS gets hacked, This doesn't mean you were using hacked tools but I can't comment on this until the investigation is done.

should have told the problem , i would have waited .
I tried 2 browsers and 2 lappies . It worked sporadically . i thought there were problems with ssl certificates .
i don't use anything cracked . do let me know what happened to my vps for future safety .

Apparently that's not true at all, we've got an amazing uptime and all our nodes are working perfectly fine, so the issue (if any) can be very specific to your VPS only. Please PM me your email and I'll personally have a check on your VPS.

I don't want to comment further before doing any personal investigation to find if the issue is on the user or our end.

Quality of service's are really best and good . in SSD's servers i see speed of +400 Mb/s in speedtest.net . for this month i want test

Not sure what your Order #id is but I don't see anything in the SSD order queue as pending so your server has already been processed.

If you mean Velociraptor Zero Plan? Then I would straight away say no because 512MB RAM is way too less for running those programs. Though you can still purchase and run but you would never get a decent performance. Minimum to run both would be Velociraptor Two or above.

I also own this VPS (Lite package) and I must say that it works really good. ugjunk is really helpful and can help you online with skype. Ticket response time is about 3 hours which is good for me.

What kind of upload speed are you talking about? P.S. the upload speeds are capped by most of the websites to avoid their servers getting overloaded. So if you can raise a ticket then I can have a quick check.
