Nope, was quite surprised myself actually. Guy on the phone was very relaxed but don't think advicing proxies is their company policy lol. Anyway, it didn't work.

Happened to me a couple weeks back, search always returned 'sorry typed domain TLD is not available' or something like that. Seemed to work fine on my tablet and phone though so might be worth trying a different device.
