Your questions were related to teaching/training of programming. Codemongoose doesn't offer these services at the moment so I wont be able to help you regarding the same.

You can refer to Udemy or Coursera for help.

Honestly, they are very good at what they do and are always there to help if there is something.
I've have made more than 2x my investment and now it's all profits.

Just wanted to leave a quick review for Sumit and his team. I got let down by one of my usual iOS and Android devs and needed someone to complete quite a complex app build. Sumit's team communicated well and within a couple of days we had agreed a brief and a quote. I have someone internally project managing but Sumit's team also project manage to ensure you don't get any of the usual issues with freelancers where they don't do any work Only 2 weeks in and so far making great progress. Have just hired another programmer to develop something similar in a different language.

I'll update once everything is complete, but so far very happy with the work and communication.
